I’d give them a ZERO if I could.
For my birthday I was sent a balloon bouquet. I got home and it was in my woods stuck in a thorn bush. All the balloons had popped except for 2 very mad. Also it was 75 degrees and they claimed they put them out of the sun but did not because the reaming balloons were shrunk and the spot she showed me was directly in the sun and not secured very mad. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere for a delivery of balloons or flowers. Flowers would have wilted in the heat as well.

Been very happy with Town and Country Flowers. Was with another company that was a lot closer but T&C is worth the drive.

I ordered over $100 flower bouquet and what the recipient got was maybe a $50 bouquet. When I called to discuss my displeasure i spoke to a woman and she got very angry and RUDE with me. Total rip off!!
